Refunds - 30 Day Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the Patient Best® Online Training Course, we will refund your tuition, minus a $50 cancellation/administrative fee, when all education materials are received by Patient Best®, LLC within 30 days of the purchase date.
This policy only applies to new enrollments for the course. It does not apply to any other Patient Best® products and services except below.
Returns: If you purchased a Patient Best® Medical History Book(s), whether included in the Patient Best® Course or separately, you are eligible for a return, within 30 days of purchase, if the item is received in the original unopened packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
